Our educational mission statement:

Our school is a place where…

… everyone receives a high-quality education.

… mistakes are seen as an opportunity for growth.

…there is openness, acceptance and appreciation towards everyone involved.

… personal development and fulfilment are possible.

… environmental awareness is practised.

… constructive feedback is practised.

…everyone enjoys and has fun in the classroom.

Our educational goals:

The trainees…

… define their own nursing role within the profession, fulfilling it as part of an interdisciplinary team.

They communicate in an empathetic and appreciative manner.

They assess their own competencies, critically question their actions and behaviour, and adopt a solution-oriented attitude.

They perceive all people, especially those in need of care, holistically, developing respect and acceptance towards them regardless of their origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation or stage of life.

They apply their professionalism in a nursing context and continuously develop it further.

Critically scrutinise situations and make well-founded decisions.

They organise and design the care process, oriented towards the person being cared for, based on current scientific findings, and take responsibility for it.

They should also deal with ethical situations in a differentiated manner and develop a clear attitude.

They recognise their own stress limits and practise self-care.

They recognise conflicts and contribute to their resolution, or accept them if no solution is found.
